On why we shouldn't dismiss the observations of prior experts
Why are you publishing this on substack and not in a medical journal if you believe you've really found something in your research?
I think the simplest way to respond is to provide you the response I received just this morning from a journal: "While we read your manuscript with interest, we did not feel your methodology was sufficiently robust to support your conclusions."
